Martin Grossmann Attorney at Law offers comprehensive advice on inheritance law issues. We prepare wills, prenuptial agreements, and contracts of inheritance. Our services also include execution of wills, estate representation, and inheritance proceedings. We take care of estate settlement and advice our clients in donation agreements. We represent our clients in inheritance law litigation.

Insolvency
We represents our clients in bankruptcy and debt enforcement proceedings of all types.
Martin Grossmann Attorney at Law advises and represents debtors, creditors and third parties in insolvency proceedings as well as in litigation, e.g., in avoidance actions and in disputes over schedules of claims, in seizure and objection proceedings and in other legal actions in connection with bankruptcy and debt enforcement litigation.
